1) What is EKA?
EKA is a contemporary clothing label rooted in Indian craft traditions, known for its thoughtful silhouettes, natural fabrics, and everyday luxury.
2) Where are EKA garments made?
All EKA pieces are designed and responsibly crafted at our warehouse in India with a focus on sustainability, artisanal techniques, and mindful production.
3) How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide and garment measurements. If you need help choosing a size, our team is happy to assist.
4) Do your garments have a relaxed fit?
Yes. EKA silhouettes are generally designed to be comfortable, airy, and easy to layer. If a style fits differently, it will be mentioned on the product page.
5) Do fabrics shrink or change after wash?
Some natural fabrics may show slight variations after the first wash. This is normal and part of the character of handcrafted textiles.
6) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, COD and select wallet payments.
7) Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. No cancellations are accepted after this period. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it may take up to 4 business days to process the cancellation and initiate a refund, and you will be notified once it’s completed.
8) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have free shipping worldwide.
9) How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders: 8-10 working days
International orders: 12–15 working days
Handcrafted or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.
10) How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
11) What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. However, we accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
12) Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only for damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders, and are provided as store credit valid for 6 months. More details are available on the Returns & Exchange Policy page.
13) Are sale or discounted items returnable?
Sale, discounted, or sample pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
14) How should I take care of my EKA garment?
Most EKA garments are crafted from natural fibers. We recommend gentle hand wash or dry clean, depending on the fabric. Care instructions are mentioned on each product page.
15) Can I iron or steam my garments?
Yes. Steaming is recommended to maintain the texture and shape.
16) Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we offer gift packaging on request.
